      Actual measurement was not as described

      We purchased this earlier this year but just now opened it and realized that although it was advertised as 18" It is actually 20". This is a huge problem for my husband as it is too wide for several doorways in our home. He may not be able to use it at all, certainly not without spending lots of $$ to widen the doorways. Buyer beware of the possibility of improper description. Very Very disappointed in the misrepresentation. Otherwise this Product is good "IF" you get the correct size.
