It sits on a black base with in silver ''Burrell Scenic Showman's Locomotive ''Winston Churchill'' . The model has yellow wheel's with rubber tyres . It has a white canopy on the top. The main colour is red with a black front. It really looks like the real thing.

Also got charged VAT on an exported item from UK?. So Charles the owner contacted me and explained that the delivery delay was because of the uncertainty surrounding tariffs and that the VAT charged was in fact US sales tax deducted by eBay at source.
