I contacted him and told him since it hadn't been shipped, to cancel and refund me. Instead he lied and said the post office lost it and was going to ship another one. It was the same tracking number so it sat at his business the entire time. He shipped 8 hours after I told him not too and that I knew he was not being truthful since it was the same tracking number.
