I purchased a floor scale and was charged an additional $50.00 due to my business being in a rural area. After the seller had shipped the item they called the delivery company and had the item returned to them. When I tracked the package it showed delivered not knowing it had been delivered back to the seller. Just Beware! We don't need your business. You were charged the $50 because of the rural area you lived in. that was also refunded. The shipment was 1 day late due to all the logistic issues in the country & buyer could not understand. This is a freight based product & its a heavy item. Carriers do need time handling this product, specially in rural area.
