    don't waste your money

    First, I'm a HUGE Kathy Smith fan. I have about 20 of her tapes and really enjoy the personality, the upbeat attitude and the others on the tape. Two reasons for the poor review: 1) There is a lot of equipment involved, none of which is explained and some of the pieces are not even commercially available. An example is the 6-inch (I think) balance discs. They don't exist. There are glide discs of the same size, but they won't work for the exercises in the tape. Another example: the leg tape uses a figure 8 band, but the ones I have found are all way too "stiff" for the exercises being done. I have a 40lb figure 8 band that will break my femur before expanding the the length shown on the tape. Third example: the ball in the abds tape. What size? How much pressure? I ended up buying ...
