The feel of the device with this new shell is perfect and grippy as desired. The buttons are all very springy, making it feel like a new system. The only issue I had was the trim on some buttons needed to be clipped to fit, but that is to be expected from a third-party plastic mold.

Just in case anybody is wondering, the IPS ready shell has the larger frame which fits the prelaminated screen with the embedded PCB controller attached.
