When i first seen it i was skeptical because for something that is $7 sounds a little crazy. So i got it and hooked up a xbox one to it to record, it has a latency issue. Capped at 30fps is not the best but gets the job done hooked up to obs (put to 60fps). I seenif it would hinder my performance in other games while i had it hooked up it maybe dropped hypixel to 30fps. (i have a 10 yr old computer). Over all good, working product. 4 stars

This is the type seller that gives eBay an inferior reputation compared to Amazon (or even Walmart). Item delivered is a cheap knock-off of the item advertised. Advertised "up to 128GB" but only takes 32GB. Advertised "up to 6 hours" but only lasts 3. I bought two, and both have the same characteristics -- so the items are themselves inferior. Seller does not reply to questions. After years of shopping eBay, this is my worst buy.
