    So happy to have found this

    I purchased this item to replace the exact heating pad I’ve had for more years than I can count. It decided it did t want to live anymore/sadface. When I looked to find another I was shocked to realize they were nowhere to be found… except eBay. Thankfully not only did I find the item, it arrived quickly and in “new” condition. Only thing was there were a few hairs, either human or pet, on the heating pad. Otherwise it looks and works beautifully.

    Heats Well, Good Product Reasonably Priced

    I like this Heating Pad but I don't like the vinyl material all the newer heating pads seem to be made of. The older heating pads were made of finer quality that held up better, stayed in place and did not get out of shape when heated. The washable cover has a single snap closure. When heated the vinyl portion tends to expand outside of the covering to the left and right of the snapped area when I position it behind my back. It does not stay completely enclosed within the removable cover. A velcro or a zipper closing would be better than one single snap.

    Not working.

    After the second time I used it stopped working. When I turned it on low it would go to high and start blinking and would not stop until I unplugged it. I have one that is about 10 years old and is still working. I would just like to have it replaced if I could.

    Controller doesn't work !

    I ordered 2 of these. One of the cord/controllers is faulty. When the on button is pushed the green light comes on for less than a second and then the top red light comes on blinking. the pad never heats up. Very disappointed and would like a replacement.
