    Sorry to see Royal mail have treated your package badly. Unfortunately we can't control Royal mail and can only apologies. As for them cleaning badly. We are guessing you haven't taken the plastic protective sheafs off the rubber of the blade which would cause this. You've made no effort to contact us, so assume they are not as bad as you make out.
