I believe the shipping in general these days is too high but that seems to be part of the deal.     Excellent choice!

    Springform pans are atrocious. I'm just not coordinated enough to deal with them. This pan is amazing. It fits so flush into the pan that it forms a tight seal. I've made two perfect cheesecakes already. The better part is that the 7 inch pan fits into my 7 qt pressure cooker!
