It came with the flow specs and all of the gaskets and seals too. The original quote from the mechanic was over $2000 and after some negotiation, managed to get him to agree to $600 labor charges and I flushed the cooling system myself. ensured the oil lines were clear going to the turbo as well. the mechanic that the cause of a turbo failure is usually because of a clogged oil or coolant line.
