Let me tell you, this is a wonderful and beautiful great chair. In my house I have six recliner’s a this one by far is the best. Wonderful to plug-in turn on the switch and everything works. In the box was a customer service telephone number. Called and explained my problem. It was suggested that I send some pictures with a detailed description. I was sent an email and replied back. It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly.
