    Good Build Quality - Subpar Tape Cutting Experience

    I like the quality of the tape dispenser. The handle is comfortable and I like how sharp the tape cutter is. The only issue I have had is that it is hard to cut the tape (which is the one and only job this product is used for). I have to put a good amount of force into the motion needed to cut the tape and often it will slip and let out 2-3 inches of tape beyond what I want. This is also accompanied with a sharp jerking motion that would get annoying if I had to package a lot of items in one sitting. When I compare the tape cutting abilty of this dispenser to the 20 year old tape dispenser my grandpa gave me, this one is pretty pitiful. When I put the 3M tape this that came with this Scotch dispenser into the old tape dispenser it cut presicely where I wanted it to with virtually no ...

    Wouldn't buy it again.

    The tape won't stay on track and continuously curls on the edge. The cutter is also positioned in such a way, it makes cutting the tape difficult. It looks like the quality is good, and it should hold up, but since it's so difficult to use, I'll never know.

    Wide Tape Dispenser

    WORST TAPE GUN EVER!!

    This thing is a POS, the retractable cutter ruins what was once a good tape gun. I regret buying this, I'd give zero stars if possible.
