The primer bulb valve was the issue. No gas could go through the bulb one way valve. The kit came with a primer bulb so installed that too and all good. New carb has high speed needle valve so it tuned right up and runs great. Always use starter fluid to cut down pulling starter. Shipped immediately, good ebayer.

What I didn't like was the totally false and erroneous shipping notifications. I received an almost immediate notification, after placing the order, that it had shipped. Don't say you shipped something when you haven't. It took much longer to receive than your, "get it by dates." The constant, incorrect tracking notifications kept me expecting to receive it when you stated. You need to fix your shipping problem!
