    Definitely an improvement. Unfortunately, my P0299 code happened to be caused by a tear in my charge cooler hose and not caused by the turbocharger. It was incorrectly diagnosed by the dealership who refused to check other things. I didn't actually need the turbo, but I'm still glad I got it and put it in. There is a noticeable difference from the old one.
