    Lose weight, softer skin and hair, less toxins ingested. A new pill ?, no, it's a shower filter!

    Your skin is the largest organ on your body. Anything you put on it is ingested, that includes toxins from sunblock, make-up, soaps and shampoos. In fact, you absorb as many toxins in one shower as you would by drinking 8 glasses of it. Chlorine, which is in almost all city water supplies, kills the beneficial bacteria in your bowls. This causes weight gain by not being able to digest food properly. Thus, the many "probiotic" supplements on the market to replace the loss. Of course chlorine isn't the only cause of weight gain, but a shower filter should be a part of anyone's diet plan not to mention the healthier, softer skin and hair.     We found out about Nu-Wave Enviro products at the former Whole Foods grocery (now Amazon sadly) and we use in the heart of our Midwest USA! Our water is good but municipal services do add PLENTY of chlorine to the water thru the faucets, can literally smell it when showering or washing hands! Not a bad thing since chlorine is a proper water sterilizer but, seriously if I can smell it.. makes me wonder if they let their teenage kids add the chlorine???     A must for healthier hair and skin

    I am reminded of the quality of this product, having neglected to replace it when it needed to be. More full-bodied hair, shinier, and soft to the touch. Quit having the flakey skin from the chlorine in our water. Uh-huh. Marked my calendar so it gets replaced on time, one year from now.

    Enviro Shower head refill

    Been using this for many years and have always been pleased with it's performance to filter out all the nasty's from the shower head. Easy to install and last up to 1 year depending on how hard your water may be. If you check the filter every 5 months or so, you can determine if it needs to be replaced. This also depends how many people are in the household and how often showers are taken. All in all, I highly recommend this filter.
