I had to use a die cutter on all threads to get them to except the nuts, they were very rough. Everything else was in very good condition and it cuts very well. I called the company before I recut the threads and they were willing to have me ship it back and send a new one but I didn't want to wait for that. If the treads were good I would give the item a good value.
