The monitor was listed as "Certified - Refurbished" and has a corresponding sticker from Acer on the backside. The monitor constantly and intermittently flickers (picture goes in and out) when using both HDMI ports. This occurs on multiple computers (used to test) and with multiple HDMI cables. Only when attached to the Display Port does the monitor appear to function properly.
