    excellent coffee, great steamer (except for the knob)

    This espresso machine makes excellent coffee--smooth without any dregs--and the steamer works quite well. Unfortunately, the knob that controls the steamer broke off after just one week so now I am waiting for the warranty to kick in. Good thing I bought it (the warranty) and I hope the knob can/will be replaced.

    Bad foamer design.

    The steamer/foamer on this machine doesn’t work properly. It does not make foam, but just blows big bubbles that immediately collapse. My old Krups machine worked much better Also, lid gasket doesn’t seal very well, so steam escapes.
