The seller's communication is prompt and they tried to answer my technical questions, but couldn't answer all of them. No issues with the seller. This unit doesn't comply with the USB-C protocols for PIN connections, so you can't use any other cable to power it. There is no battery backup, so no date and time after powering off the car. You can't switch off Bluetooth calling to use the cars factory connect
