The UCA bolt could not fit through that bushing sleeve. The seller initiated a partial refund so that I could get the right piece I needed to complete the install. A bit of a pain, but the seller was communicative and prompt with their replies (they are based in HK, so replies happened at night US time). I would buy from them again. Overall a positive experience and quality part.
