    I received item — there were 5 vials and the Definitive Line Serum was completely empty. The seller refused to acknowledge this and tried to say the pictures I took could be fake. The communication was futile and I needed to end any further contact. Be aware that if products are unsealed or even sealed it’s still a risk, they could be tampered with or used. I don’t know what transpired with this specific sale. Disappointing and bewildered after paying a very high price for product and shipping.

    What is risky is dealing with ill-intended buyers on this platform.The exchange was not futile but very much fact driven. Such shady buyers should be investigated by Ebay. I sold her what I bought from Auteur. I never opened the pumps/vials. As for the empty vial, i don't believe her (1 vial had powder that could easily be emptied and claimed empty). She sent me pics where we see her dirty nails and a beyond filthy bathtub. Who buys expensive face creams when nails & environment are so dirty?
