    It is as described...I just hate how there are no instructions as it is refurbished. It was definitely wrapped in enough bubble wrap as to keep it from harm as was power chord. So packaging was definitely a great rating. However, I am used to free shipping and the fact that I probably could gave bought the same thing for cheaper price and paid nothing fo shipping keeps that no 5 star. It was definitely a 5 star experience, I wonder if touch screen and backlighting of keys was worth it...
