- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseWhen I received the package from the seller and then went to put it together I found one of the B legs with a little bit of damage to it and one of the holes for the bolts that holds the tray on the bottom of the leg was stripped out and the bolt would not mount properly and sent a email to the manufacturer of this swing and never received anything back from them. Te swing is together but have to watch what we do on it with the lower bolt that holds the tray is not secured properly to the leg .

The only issue is the instructions were not printed/copied well, because the ink seemed splotchy. This made the clarity of which parts went where somewhat difficult. My wife& I do enjoy it!

In the box was a customer service telephone number. Called and explained my problem. It was suggested that I send some pictures with a detailed description. I was sent an email and replied back. It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly. Would use them again
