It's a metal pointed stylus and it works as a stylus but it does not connect via Bluetooth. I have told this seller they should not be calling this an Apple Pencil because it is false advertising and they offered me a partial refund with a promise that they would remove "Apple Pencil" from the listing. False advertising and a waste of resources, technology and harmful for the environment.

It was well packaged. Charging and connecting the pencil is a breeze. It works exactly as the Apple Pencil, but is about AU$ less than the branded version. I love it that it is not fully round but has one aspect that is flat, so unlike the branded version, it does not roll away when you put it down. It fits nicely in the little slot in my Otterbox. Great transaction!
