    When you receive an item as advertised, all is well. If there is a problem with the item, now you can really assess a seller's integrity by the way they handle the issue. I received an incorrect switch and notified the seller of the discrepancy. In less than 24 hours the seller responded that he had shipped a replacement and apologized for the error. That's Integrity! I would not hesitate to do business with this seller again.
