    The sanding block I ordered arrived in poor condition - warped, dented, mis-shaped. It did not work as a sanding block. I requested a refund and the seller stopped communicating with me. They did refund my money after I escalated the issue to Ebay. Also, I ordered two sanding blocks at the same time and the seller would not combine shipping to save money.

    Yes, that is what you ordered. It is our double density hand sanding block with a soft rubber pad bonded to a plastic backing pad that flexes. The only difference is that the plastic backing pad is black not blue as shown in the photographs.
