I contacted the seller and requested a replacement. They agreed to send a UPS label so I could send it back for the replacement, but they never sent the label. Seller then offered to refund $ 50 dollars, but that was the last I heard from them. I have tried contacting again with no reply. It’s very clear on their page that they work Monday-Friday. Slight ding to UPS. Got home from work late Friday night to open it and my first box had a small crack on the lip of one of the sub cut outs that went down the seam. I sent them a picture and surprisingly they answered! No hassle, offered me a free return label and said they’d ship me a replacement!
