The seller asked me to send it back via return to sender to avoid paying freight, when I refused (it’s illegal) she claimed that she has done it 100 times. So dishonest! She sat on the refund for a month, she knows her rights and dragged to the end. When I contacted her she said that I was entitled. 😂 yes entitled to my refund….
