There was no tracking info from the minute it was dropped off. Within 2 days the seller contacted me letting me know and immediately offered me the choice of a refund or to pick something else. I chose another item and this time it arrived in 3 days. Wonderful seller. He went way out of his way an++d I will be shopping the shop often. Highly recommend! A++
