    Hi, sorry about your experience with your purchase. We powered on the unit and it turned on as you see int the photos. If what was broken in 2 pieces why are you now reporting this? Also, we never mentioned the item to have testing cables. We sold the item what was in the listing. It was only the 180 ESU only..... I did have insurance on the shipping. Do you still have unit and photos of the package itself to make a claim on your behalf?
