There was also a sticky residue covering the back of the phone that took a while to rub off. Other than that its functional and truly unlocked and worked with my carrier, US Mobile. This is a bare bones phone and I haven't had any issues except for a bug. When going to Notification try removing a single notification instead of Remove All. It should keep them from popping back up for no reason. It happened when trying to make Alert Size Limit.
