But there's a big issue with the phone that was sent to me. The phone is not holding a charge, it gets as high as 7% then it stops charging and eventually runs out of battery even when left on the charger. Is there any chance I can get y'all to send me a packing slip specifically for batteries and I can send this defective battery and y'all can send me a new or another battery that holds a charge?
