When you switch it on, you never know what mode it will be in, since it automatically rotates to the next mode. (unless it has sat unused for a day or two; then it apparently resets, thank God) I guess there's no way to turn that off on these cheaper lights, and I did know it was a "feature" when I bought it :) Other than that, I like it very much and hope it lasts a while.

My only complaint is that the seller charged 5.89 for each item but I clearly read the rules that if you buy 3 the third is free. No shipping charge. I was charged 18 dollars and some change. I messaged the seller and they said that the price was accurate. Not sure we learned the same kind of math lesson.

The heads are shockingly very nice. New and never been used. The machine itself is nice. Runs on 2 AA batteries. But it is a bit weak. But for a lite daily cleansing it will do nicely. Thank You.
