I tend to have smell issues though - my smell is more sensitive than most people's. Also, the suction was so weak with any of the extra handheld attachments for some reason, although it worked fine when upright with the main vacuum attachment. I messaged the seller and was offered a refund and was sent a shipping label. It was handled quickly and satisfactorily.
