There was a size discrepancy when I put it together. I later discovered it's from one roof corner to the other. So, you don't actually get 10'x12' of sitting space. You get that in covered space. The quality is good once together and anchored. It looks really good. It's a fair price for this size and style.

It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly. Would use them again
