    Wonderful surprise

    I was unsure because of the very low price. Sometimes you do get a great quality liner for a low price. It glides on so smoothly. It is so easy to make a line. The only thing I can say that maybe an issue for some ..... you may need to reapply after several hours. I think that is common with all white eyeliners though regardless of the brand. I love that I do not have to try and sharpen this.

    Rubs on in little crumbs

    This eye pencil does NOT work well for lining inner eye lid. It falls apart on contact. I suppose it you want to somehow use it as a highlighter shadow on outer lid you could blend it with a blending sponge, but as a liner? Not something I would recommend.
