    glass shipped without a box, in a cardboard envelope in one layer of bubble wrap. The corners completely unprotected. It arrived visibly broken and sent the seller an image of the glass broken still in the bubble wrap so I didn’t have to unbox broken glass. He then demanded I fully open the broken glass to get a refund! I have tiny shards of glass in my home now because the seller needed the glass to be more broken or something. This is the most insane transaction - Buyer beware.
