The seller was dishonest in the status of the picture. I will be spending over $300 to have it cleaned up so it can be framed and made to be presentable. Shipping container was adequate but the torn title block was left to roll in the canister. The picture was described as Restrictions by John Pitre… and I was the only thing accurate about the item. A cautionary tale on the Value of an item being sold!
