It came in a simple bag, but luckily it had bubble wrap inside of the items box, there was no damage to be seen! I must say, After purchasing two External Burners and having them not connecting well with my Windows 11 PC, this one worked amazing! I have yet to test it with my DVD, but it burns CD-Rs perfectly! (currently listening to a burned cd right now! and it only took 2 minutes to burn!) This product is also cost friendly!
