    BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!! When I received the item it was damaged. The seller refused to replace or refund. It is obviously a manufacturers defect, and should be warranted. VERY POOR Customer Service and communication.

    This situation is quite surprising. The customer used the brand-new helmet we shipped for over two months before reaching out to claim that we sent them a used and damaged product. After two months of use, they contacted us requesting a refund or replacement, alleging the helmet arrived in a broken condition. Based on the photos they provided, it appears the helmet may have been involved in an accident, as the damage is consistent with heavy impact or misuse—not a shipping or product issue.
