    The only thing that worked...

    Moved into my aging FIL's house to help take care of him. The master shower had literally 20 years of rust coating from unfiltered well water. Words can't describe how brutally awful it was. The white vinyl shower had become a dark, dark orange from top to bottom. We tried several cleaners. Nothing was touching it. Since money was a bit tight, replacing the shower wasn't an option so I asked around and several people mentioned BKF. I used the powder on the floor of the shower, and the spray on the walls. When combined with an SOS pad, I finally found a combination that would work. 6 solid hours of scrubbing and the shower was gleaming white. I went from swearing I would never shower in there, to taking my first shower in there the next morning. Excellent stuff.

    it really removes rust

    this product is amazing! just enough 'grit' to really scrub; took rust off easily on some plastic items; using it right now to clean a patio bench...want to try it on some old tools from my grandfather (that's really old). I recommend this item.

    Seems to work well in cleaning and removing stains. Have a persistent blue stain that cropped up and is slowly fading away.. Bar Keepers products work well.
