    BUYER BEWARE. Shipping was slow. When I received the ring, I didn’t like it & started a return. The post office gave me a price of $75+ insurance & wanted me to fill out a customs form! Reached out to VENICIAJEWEL who gave me a standard reply with no helpful advice. Yesterday I tried to return it through UPS & was quoted $225+. I contacted VENICIAJEWEL (again) & got the same stock answer. So I’ll either keep a ring I’ll never wear or sell it at a loss. No more international purchases for me.

    The item was ordered in February, and when it did not arrive by April, as it had been stated would have been delivered several times in March, contacted my local Post Office to find it never arrived there, and I had to request a refund back in full, which was issued to me, and I am waiting for now to see it put into my bank.
