This model features a streamlined design, appropriate weight, a constant on button, longer charge time, and added bonus . . . a green light to highlight the dust you've missed on your hard floor. The V12 is a pleasure to use. It arrived well packaged, and if I didn't know it was refurbished, I wouldn't have known. Looks and operates as brand new. Less waste!

But, as stated, the battery life is pretty bad. Dyson makes great products. But even this refurbished stick vacuum, is costly.
