It is a little hard to put together especially if you don't have prior knowledge about scooters/motorcycles. It came already oiled up and with break fluid but needed gas. The vehicle takes DOT 4 break fluid and 10w/40 oil and 90 octane gas. The storage is amazing as well! There is a surprising lack of info online about it but other than that it's amazing! :)

Not at all fittings matched up perfectly but it came together and runs fine, despite a couple of hard drops in the learning process. One thing to be aware of - the title that came with it says motorcycle, not scooter. The rest is all in Chinese. So to get it registered as a moped (to drive w/out license) I had to be a little clever at the insurance and the tag office, luckily it didn't say 150cc on there, and nobody knew that 12hp is more than 50cc. But I did kinda get lucky
