    Excellent communication with seller concerning the rapidly deteriorating institution called USPS. Ebay as a powerful company doing a tremendous amount of business with USPS, should address the issue of USPS total lack of concern about their absolutely horrible service. Despite the postal system trying to block the delivery of the item at every turn, by miracle I received the package the day before Christmas.
