Vacuum is a little heavy and the head swivels so easily that sometimes it parks itself at 90 degrees. No led lights and no standing on its own capability, also the trigger needs to be constantly pressed as it doesn’t have a lock mechanism. Looks and price are good for a refurbished item although I’d definitely not spend full price for this vacuum.

The vacuum is a bit flimsy at the joints but still solid overall. Happy with how easy and light it is to use and it has good battery life as long as you use the low power setting, which is good enough for hard floors and light carpet cleaning. Overall I’m satisfied with purchase as refurbished, but I wouldn’t spend the money on brand. EBay 2 year warranty with refurbished is a big PLUS.
