I'm not sure how these shirts are sized but normally a 3XL is real loose on me just the way I like shirts. These 4XL are skin tight on me like a XL fits me. My advise is to order a size atleast 2 sizes bigger. I'm 6ft 3 inch and weigh 240lbs. 4 XL is skin tight and I can't wear them. Will cost me over half of the purchase price to send them back so I'll just give them to someone that can wear them.
