    Beautiful images

    This canon is a great "entry-level" DSLR, which means a lot more than it did a few years ago. This camera, in addition to having many shooting modes, also takes videos. I got the two-lens package, and was able to take great zoom shots as well as great "regular" shots. It does better in lower lighting than my last camera. My only disappointment is the slight delay between snapping and taking action shots. Maybe there is a setting I need to change, but when I shot a soccer game, I needed to anticipate shots or miss the action. Not a disappointment, but something I need to get used to, is the fact that the zoom requires me to rotate the lens the opposite way from my prior camera (a sony). Overall a great camera for an amateur who likes to take a lot of pictures.

    Awesome Entry-Level Camera

    I recently got this camera for my Digital Photography class, and so far, I am loving the image quality! I love the size of the camera, and the fact that it is so simple to use makes it even more fun! The information booklets that come with it are a must-read if you are going to take your photography to the next step. Highly recommend this camera!

    never owned such a nice camera,i take it every where

    it does everything that i could not imagine , it is top of the line in my view ,easy to use ,very nice pictures high quality ,if i had known i would have had one years ago ,i am still learning about my canon but it can shoot and hit with ease ,the thing i like the most is if the picture you are taking is not light enough the flash will pop up if the picture is not going to be good it will not take it ,so there is not a lot of disappointing exposures ,like i said to start it is so nice i take it everywhere
