The mechs were provided in excellent condition and have almost retail level craftsmanship.     This is the second order from this seller with them not meeting their timeline. Ordered on April 3rd, the items weren't even SENT on the last date expected to be received. Instead of using customer service and getting the items sent immediately, they simply canceled, wasting my time further. This seller uses "too many orders" as an excuse for making customers wait. If you need items ON TIME, go elsewhere.
